Balloon event operations

Keep the whole field on the same page.

Balloon Event Ops gives organizers, Balloonmeisters, staff, and Pilots one event-specific place for operational alerts, acknowledgments, rosters, schedules, waivers, and optional propane tracking.

Fast field alerts

Publish green, yellow, red, and black flag messages and see who has acknowledged them.

Flexible roles

Support one person wearing several hats or a large team with separate Event roles.

Optional propane

Turn propane tracking off, use a staffed check-in, or allow Pilot self-reporting by session.

Works on the devices your Event already uses

The web app runs on phones, tablets, and laptops. Each participating Event controls its own staff, Pilot roster, schedule, roles, message groups, enrollment links, and reporting options. Event data remains separate from a Pilot's personal Crew Call account.

Built for real balloon-event operations

Messages can cover flag status, briefing and launch changes, safety information, general Event updates, and acknowledgment requests. Balloon Event Ops supports operations; it does not replace on-field emergency procedures, briefings, radios, or official field commands.
